नेकी कर दरिया में डाल -English translation

Neki kar dariya mein daal is a famous saying in Hindi.

In which two words are important. "Neki" which means. Good work means good work

in which the interest of people other than oneself is involved.

So that people in need of help can be benefited.

and the second word is "Dariya" which means pond but here it means to put in the river.

By forgetting the good deeds done. The work that you do for the good of the people,

complete it and get engaged in the work ahead. Don't promote it again and again.

Repeated mention of the work reduces the importance of the work done.

And the person is seen with the sense of being famous.

That's why it is said that do good deeds and throw

them in the river means do good deeds and forget them.

नेकी कर दरिया में डाल यह हिंदी में एक मशहूर कहावत हैं।जिसमे दो शब्द महत्वपूर्ण हैं। "नेकी" जिसका मतलब होता हैं।नेक कार्य अर्थात अच्छा कार्य जिसमे खुद के अलावा अन्य लोगो का हित शामिल हो। जिससे मदद की आवश्यक लोगो का भला हो सके। और दूसरा शब्द हैं "दरिया" जिसका मतलब होता हैं तालाब लेकिन यहा पर दरिया में डालने का मतलब होता हैं। किए हुए नेक कार्य को भूल जाने से। जो कार्य आप लोगो की भलाई का करते हैं उसे पूर्ण कर आगे के कार्य में लग जाओ। उसका बार बार प्रचार मत करो । उस कार्य का बार बार उल्लेख करने से किए हुए कार्य की महत्त्वता कम होता हैं। और व्यक्ति में प्रसिद्ध होने के भाव से देखा जाने लगता हैं। इसलिए यह कहा जाता हैं की नेकी कर और दरिया में डाल अर्थात् अच्छे कार्य करो और भूल जाओ।
